        Ordered money online Wednesday lunchtime and received an email and text Friday stating my Thai Bhat was in store available for collection. Collected on Saturday morning, greeted with a friendly and pleasant lady member of staff. Very chatty and welcoming. The whole process was quick and easy. I would recommend eurochange.

        I think this company needs to look at its customer service urgently. No kind greeting as I entered and when I said I had money to collect the transaction was appalling. The cashier who dealt with me just couldn't be bothered at all and there was no please or thank you at all, I had to verify my bank card in the machine and she just walked off in the back. While I was waiting another women came in and got served by another cashier and she just rolled her eyes as if to say I can't be bothered when she said she had money to collect, she got no thank you or goodbye. Online service is easy and good to use but I wouldn't use this branch again.
