        poor courier service,and even worst website giving misleading information according delivery choice but I had to change my one star review to two star after visiting depot. In there I got my parcel effortlessly

        Zero stars, but have to click one to continue. Had a delivery slot of 1545-1645 today. I got home at 1538 to find a missed delivery card in my door with a time of 1545 as the attempted delivery time. Then i got a text saying i missed the delivery at 1546. (So the driver looks like he/she was in the delivery window and we were not in). Clearly this is misleading! Very angry. We were at home in good time for the delivery. The driver could at least have put the correct time on the card. Now i have to wait for DHL to give me a slot tomorrow. This is very inconvenient. I would never use DHL by choice. This is not good.

        Worst delivery company in the UK I was on holiday they attempted to deliver. They could of left it in a safe place. Now they won't ree deliver unless absolutely shocking also the delivery driver came yestoday with something else he could of brought my dog food then. Absolutely useless 70 of dog food iv had to order a small bag as I'm running low thanks to this shocking shocking delivery company unreal should be shut down absolutely fuming
