        Useless. Had a parcel coming from overseas. Stuck at Carlisle 3 weeks waiting customs payment. Told letter will be sent. Never got letter. Told depot made a mistake and being resolved. Called again told parcel returned to sender as customs payment not made. Called again parcel on way back to UK (hurrah). Depot told me to pick up at depot. Went to depot. Depot could not find parcel. Went home. Almost home, depot calls, found parcel. Had to go back. Finally got parcel!

        Asked for parcel to be left in a safe place but they wanted a signature. Never returned for next day delivery after missing it the first day so turns up again when nobodys home and now says I need to collect myself around 30 miles from home avoiding parcelforce in the future

        Delivery to a new housing development in Carlisle. Post office recognised post code. First day driver could not find it, left details and telephone number to be passed to driver , still no delivery, second day returned to depot unable to locate address, no telephone contact. Shocking service so had to collect on third day from Carlisle depot reception knew exactly where the address was, I just hope the driver can successfully find his way to the picket line .
