        Terrible customer service. Drivers lie, parcel was delayed and was supposed to arrive today. Got a message at 1030 saying I wasnt home and Ive been home all day with my family. This was a birthday present for today and is now ruined. Spoke to customer service and they said there was no way to get in touch with the driver and I would have to wait 24hours for a response. Would love to know when the parcel might arrive. Just had a response from them, saying contact email customer services, not sure what thats supposed to do? Also looking at their reviews (not made by employees) all feedback is the same. Appalling service.
