Awful company. Had me wait in all day at my business to cancel delivery at 8pm then returned the parcel not only that instantly return the package as soon as they receive it now (3 times) fuming!!

An utterly pathetic company. I have waited in for a parcel today. To see the driver speeding by. (I mean speeding too !) I then see the driver pull up, outside a cluster of properties further down the lane. I then receive a message to say my parcel will not be delivered because he could not find my address.! My property, has 5 clearly visible from the road, house name signs and there are only 9 properties on my lane. Maybe , if he drove with some caution, slowed down and was a little more attentive, he could have found my property. I then use the useless, online chat thing. I get a response that is is not possible to deliver today. Even , though I could still see him at the bottom of the lane. I asked them to call him, apparently this was not possible. So, my parcel travelled 110 miles here, then 110 miles back. What an eco friendly bunch!. I then call in and speak, to a very terse and extremely rude lady, full of attitude ( very poor English) . She cuts the call off. The following day, I expect a second delivery attempt. I look online to see DPD have sent the parcel back to the company, my order was from. Last week , I had a delivery of fresh fish. Your courier did not even knock the door. He just chucked 64 pounds worth of fish over the gate. I cannot see my gate from my house. It was left outside , until the following day. I had to bin the lot. I intend to ensure people do not use your company and I will refuse to shop with companies that chose this shambles of a courier services. Your drivers are a menace to other road users. They drive too fast. I see them frequently driving the A75 and they are reckless.

DPD have let me down. a 3 parcel package picked up from the retailer - whole package was tagged for next day delivery. Only one out of 3 delivered with the other 2 being delayed in the depot? No responsibility taken. Absolute rubbish. Is DPD finally dropping the ball?
