I have reported road sign lights on night and day but the reply is the same Sorry - we couldn't find it. Which is impossible by the directions they were given and the photos and using thier website to locate the road sign. very poor service to a public reporting platform. Recently reported a road safety issue and again claimed to have been out but Sorry - we couldn't find it. they are not doing their job they are there for. they just do not wish to carry out the work.

Cumbria Highways is probably the most ineffective, inefficient and incompetent part of CCC. They have been caught removing white line safety markings that protect pedestrians, removing road markings imposing speed limits, deliberately allowing trees to obscure speed limit signs, building up the road surface to make it level with the pavement causing a severe danger to pedestrians and causing flooding, removing electronic speed indicator signs and implement unofficial speed limit increases.
