        We went to see John Wick 4 on Saturday 22 April 7:20pm. Seats were comfy near the front, The film was excellent. However, I have SEVERE asthma and really struggled to breathe throughout the movie due to someone smoking. This caused difficulty breathing. I couldn't see who it was but had exit the movie twice to catch my breathe (and use my inhaler). I looked for a staff member on the 2nd floor where screen 5 was situated. No luck. I would have had to get lift down to ground floor to find staff member as I have mobility issues AND miss more of the movie! I left a complaint with the manager at the end of the movie. He apologised and informed my friends and I that there should have been a staff member checking in (no one attended during the long film until 5 mins before the end). The manager also said he would check CCTV footage and would look into it. Smoking is illegal inside buildings for a reason. I have friends who smoke, but they are considerate smokers. Very disappointed.
