Great experience, very friendly and efficient team. Very professional and prompt in responding, sincere and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience to have rented a property from them. We are hoping to relocate from E.Yorkshire. we were having a really hard time other agents even giving us the time of day due to the fact we have a dog and are relocating... Judith, who I had a lovely conversation with over the phone, was polite and professional, taking the time to understand our circumstances rather than rushing us of off the phone like most other agents I have contacted. We now have our first property viewing booked and are so excited to hopefully be fulfilling our dream of relocating to the beautiful Lake Disctrict. My husband and I have been renting a property through Savills for over six years. The staff at the Carlisle office have been very friendly, helpful and professional towards us from the start. Savills has always acted promptly whenever we need any kind of repair or other work done in the flat. When we first arrived in Cumbria from overseas, we had funds but no history in the UK that could be traced. We will always be grateful to Judith Chambers in particular for nonetheless taking a chance on our being reliable tenants by waiving the usual background check. After the passage of six and a half years and no late payments of the rent during this time, we believe that everyone has benefitted from our ongoing transaction and that her original judgement has proved to be correct. All and all, we are very pleased with the service provided to us by the Savills Carlisle branch.
