I want to express my thanks to Richard Latimer for making the purchase of my MG4 EV as hassle free as possible. He was a pleasure to deal with-straightforward, honest and down to earth without any hard sell tactics. A refreshing change. A mention in despatches to Rachele(?) who stepped in while Richard was on leave. Communication was positive and, as the delivery date approached, informative and helpful. Handover was seamless and Richard has even followed up with a post sale courtesy call. I will not hesitate to recommend Richard and his colleagues. Well done

Rich and Rach at Briston Street motors have been fantastic. They've smoothed my transition into electric vehicles and I can't recommend them highly enough. They've walked me though the process of choosing a car, deciding which was the best for me and then getting the car itself delivered to the Carlisle branch.
