Your worst nightmare. Very high turnover of drivers. Do yourself a favour and move on.

When you visit the lake District and don't drive you rely on buses to get around, so when you consider the eye-watering fares they charge you would think they would lay on a few extra buses especially in the summer. And a week ago I waited 1 hour 30 mins for a bus from Buttermere village back to Keswick as one bus was cancelled and the next one late. When I asked the driver what happened to the previous bus he said there was a lot of traffic in Keswick so they cancelled it? Just as well they didn't cancel the one he was driving as well, it was the last ones of the day. I have never heard a more ludicrous excuse in my life, of course there was traffic in Keswick, it was 5pm on a Monday afternoon and the town was full of holiday-makers!

Never had problems with stagecoach always found traveling to north east comfortable and drivers were pleasant and friendly
