Excellent service from Nick and the fitter but there were faults on 5 out of 22 blinds. They have been replaced but 4 are still not right and we're awaiting contact back after e mailing complaint. When they're put right then I'll up the star marking no problem. The problem with our blinds has been sorted and we are now happy with them and the service provided. Star marking upped as a result
