        I bought my latest ebike in September 2021, and the service, etc, at the time was excellent, with the owner Mike offering to deliver the bike to my home address without charge. I have today picked up the same bike after it was dropped off a week ago for a service and the need for a replacement part under the manufacturers warranty, and again, the service has been second to none, with Joe keeping me informed of the progress and then letting me know it was ready for collection. Would highly recommend them for sales and service offered by friendly staff

        Following the Reiverscycle route with three friends my rearwheel broke some 20 miles from Carlisle. I was lucky because a very friendly farmer offers to bring me to a bike repairshop. Palace cycles had the wheel I needed and in no time I was on the road again. Thanks to all those who offers help we had a wonderful week in Engeland. ( Henk de Vries Nederland)
