Didn't have the bed on display from their website and pushy sales lady trying to flog a different bed that we didn't even like.

The shop service was excellent but fell off a cliff after that, they delivered a dirty used mattress that had been sent back by at least one other customer, I paid 1299.00 for a new one and received second hand goods in poor condition. As for the customer service very poor and unprofessional, eventually did get the mattress return ed any money back. Don`t be intimidated by all there own rules and regulations which bare no resemblance to your actual rights, just get stuck into them if you have a problem but make sure you don`t be abusive and you will get there. best option is don`t go to dreams if you don't want nightmares
