        Stayed one night room was nice, but when it came to having a shower the water was cold, freezing cold wrapped in a towel, only way I could contact reception was to phone hotel on a outside line, owner arrived 15mins later apologised said it would take a couple of hours to heat the water, the other option was a different room. I'm stood naked with a towel round me I went for the cold wash option as we where 30 minutes late for dinner. He offered me drink I refused. I spoke to the owner in the morning letting him know how I felt and asked for a discount off the 165 bill which he refused saying it wasn't his fault these things happen. My reply was well its definitely not my fault my opinion of this man is very rude and more interested in money than his clientele. I will not be returning while he is in charge.
