Lovely little spa day with a friend, went in for the full body detox scrub and used the facilities, came out feeling like a new person!

I love this place and can't imagine how I would do without my favourite gym and spa. The fitness advisors and all the staff who conduct classes are amazing. The swimming pool is with saunas and steam rooms - what can be better? The guys are the reception are always friendly. I am a frequent visitor, sometimes it seems I live half time home and half time in Bannatyne .

Not really a spa , charge for hire of towels and robes , never ever experienced that at any other spa I have visited. The temperature in the spa was below comfotable and the treatment beds were not warmed , also never experienced that before either. The only place to get warm was in the jacuzzi. In the showers there was only one dispenser on the wall ,usually find shampoo and body wash . Was extremely disappointed with the whole experience.
