        Absolutely disgusted with the so called "service" at Barclays Carlisle today. All I wanted was to order a new cheque book. Last time I tried on the app and phone with no joy. Today ....wait for personal banker or phone!!! I worked at Barclays for almost 20 years and customer service was key in those days. Moving my account tomorrow!!

        We will not get early appointment in any kind of situation. I tried to open account via app. For Address verification i tried to took an appointment and they told nearest appointment is after 40 days!!

        The worst bank I know!!!! (Not Carlisle depo) I MEAN THE BANK Try to open business account,take them 1 months to reply email.Now I have business account in different bank,they open my account in 48h
