We bought a residential property with the idea of upgrading and converting it into a holiday let. To achieve this, we needed to get some renovation work done on the property as well as request planning permission for the change of use. Tony has helped us with both. Great service and reasonably priced. Tony helped us throughout the whole process and his knowledge and ideas helped us no end. We were starting to get frustrated with the whole process before meeting Tony but he took the stress and worry out of the whole process. Highly recommended
