        Ok so this isnt the usual kind of review. I was really excited for the kracken limited edition rum however DPD left the item outside my house in plain site even though i had requested to leave it with a neighbour. Unfortunately someone took the item from my drive. I contacted house of malt who were professional throughout, communication was great and in the end the item was refunded due to it being limited edition and had sold out pretty quickly. On a personal note i wish to thank Jethro for dealing with my case. He is a credit to your team. Because of how well i was treated as a customer Ill certainly be recommending and also purchasing from again. Keep up the great work
