        If I could give a minus 1 I would, Avoid like the Plague, The sales representative is very misleading, She will tell you what you want to hear and promise you everything until you have paid your deposit then it all changes, The quality of workmanship is very poor, considering they are are meant to be quality checked before you move in I had 2 pages of defects from minor to serious,not things you could miss either I feel sorry for Oliver as he is ok but gets all the problems sent his way and is clearly being swamped with work, The house literally could be unsafe but you will still have to live in it while they fix it as they don't compensate or put you in accomodation when there pulling your house to pieces fixing the problems.

        The houses are nice but be careful, The sales office will not be honest with you, We asked specific questions and were given untrue answers and were only shown plans they wanted us to see, She misled us from the start , Don't trust her and make sure you get everything she'says in writing from her.They don't care once you have paid your deposit
