Had a lovely experience with Kathy, well organised, excellent knowledge of the property, fantastic communication. The easiest rental process I have been through and by far the best letting agent I have used. Very thorough within the process with no detail lost. You can tell with the whole process she cares about the property not only for the landlords sake but also the tenants, only letting out clean and loved properties. Would definitely recommend!

I had the best experience I could possibly have renting through Kathy. The house was well maintained and in very good condition. If I ever had a problem I felt confident to call Kathy and she was always kind, calm and helpful. I would highly recommend Orchard K Lettings.

As a landlord, I usually find new tenants and undertake everything that goes with that, but due to circumstances that made this very difficult I decided to use the services of a letting agent. I used Kathy at Orchard K Lettings and was extremely pleased with the service she provided. I will have no hesitation in using her services again and would highly recommend her.

Honestly wish we could take Kathy with us to our next property. Extremely reachable and responsive, has your interests at heart, honest and just everything you want from an estate agent! Rare to find an estate agent that treats you like a human these days so highly recommend!
