We have used All home improvements on a number of occasions while updating our home. Their customer service is great, they really seem to care, unlike a lot of companies! I have dealt with Chloe, Zoe, Mark and a number of their team members and there's not a bad word to say about any of them. Would recommend them without hesitation and would use them again. We used All Home Improvements for a substantial remodelling of our back garden, internal and external redecorating. Plus, the removal and replacement of the downstairs W/c. From the outset of the experience, it was professional, everything was well communicated, and expectations were managed well in terms of start dates. During the works all of the operatives were fully engaged in the project, and the same members of staff were retained for the majority of the works providing continuity this company prides itself on having direct labour, and that certainly made a difference no subcontractors not turning up, or running late. All the staff turned up like clockwork, and left the house, clean and tidy at the end of each day. The experience was the best it could of been we so many people working within the house. I would not think twice about using this company again, they met and exceeded our expectations. Services: Patio construction, Remodeling, Home building, Paint indoors, Exterior finishing
