        Lovely warm atmosphere, they really put you at ease before your flight and explain everything you need to know. Such friendly people and the flight experience was awesome!

        Travelled from Hertfordshire and booked an overnight stay locally to have an introductory flying lesson here, staff struggled to find my booking and when I got there the plane had an issue so they cancelled my booking, wasting my weekend. It is understandable that issues arise with planes but to not have any as backup is just poor planning. I didnt find them to be particularly apologetic about the situation either, very quick to dismiss without considering other solutions. Unfortunately I cant recommend based on my experience.
