Tried to get a quote following a detailed site visit. Nothing received despite promises it would be. It is now over 3 weeks since the visit, AR have failed to respond to calls, emails or text messages. Am sure work carried out would be of a good standard, but given the experience we have had with this tradesman simply disappearing, we'd have been worried if we had work carried out and there was a problem afterwards. We did not have work carried out, despite wanting to because we had no quote to act on. If AR had even replied to say they were to busy or did not want the work, that would've been OK. But three weeks of time wasted and broken promises and we're back where we started looking for a tradesman. Very unprofessional and disingenuous.
