        We feel very privileged to have access to such a wonderful practice. The reception staff are all lovely and the antithesis of the stereotypical strident gatekeeper reputation that reception staff often have. They are kind and sympathetic and so friendly. The medical staff are quite simply amazing, Dr Keene is a wonderful GP, the gold standard of doctors, kind, patient and reassuring. We feel so grateful to the Leith Hill Practice and its lovely staff.
