        I bought a couple of items from this company at The Ideal Home Show in Olympia London Dec 19, they gave me the wrong item, its been 3 weeks numerous calls and emails and no one has had the courtesy to reply. Hence I cant use my item for Christmas - a waste of money. It wasnt expensive but its a matter of principal, please treat your customers nicely even after you have taken their money!
