The worst experience ever. A huge waste of time and a very unpleasant experience overall. It took months to get close to exchange and then find out the company wouldnt be willing to proceed with the purchase. I feel I have been missold a quick sale service and would watch out if you are considering engaging with them.

Terrible estate agent! They lie. And only want your money. They don't care about tenants or their welfare. Avoid at all costs. Further to your laughable comments as they have absolutely nothing to do with me. So unknown why your are making this rubbish up or giving information of another tenant. You state you don't know who I am then go on about something that has nothing to do with me or my family I have never been evidenced by yourselves. I have never been rude or made threats. Again more lies! You have just proved this in your comments, You state you don't know who I am then tell a whole storey which is either made up or about someone else

Terrible agency service, I've been rented the house 58 Austin street Ipswich for 5 years and always pay rent on time. They only know how to take money. And never care about the tenant needs or house condition. One of the room the ceiling was collapse. Me and my son were shock. I asked them come prepare. I was waiting for so long until I call council tax. That's the time they come prepare. And when the back door too old got problem couldn't lock. Theft come stole my things, I report police. Affect to my mind alot. I call them come fix it but nobody come. After few months I move out my friend rent out that house and he asked fix that door but nobody come. Now my friend already move out more than a week but they still haven't refund my deposit. They said need to deduct from the back door that my friend replace by another door. Ridiculous, he paid buy new door and he paid for other come do it. Cost him few hundreds pounds. They should pay him back instead. When he move out he already clean the house. Agency said the house still dirty. I said ok I will come clean it again. Anyway they asked my friend leave the house within 2 months because they want take back the house for renovation. So what's the point we clean so nice before the house need to renovation. They just want deduct from my deposit because the house dirty. When I call they talk abit and never want solve problem. And they just hang up my call. I never see any agency service so bad like this Upstix agency.
