        Great selection of products. Not as much care being given to the aquatic area like they used to but still 5 star .

        Really big place and plenty of stuff to see and buy, however the only downside is the cafe stops doing hot food like chips at 2pm which is pretty early in my opinion. It's also really expensive, with ham, egg and chips being 10!

        Care is outdated, hamsters now need a minimum of 80x50cm, and the cages you sell are way below that. Not to mention all the unsafe products you sell like woodshavings, which cause respiratory infections. You also have outdated care for pretty much every animal, can't speak much on fish care since im not educated in that, would love to see you change and help animals thrive
