        I was sent an email entitling me to a free disposable cup. When I went to the store on the allocated date I was promptly told sorry all gone we only had an allocated amount. I felt totally conned and I promptly left as Costa were offering 25% off food. Least they honour their offers. It has certainly left me with a sour taste in my mouth
