    Seven years after taking delivery of our bi-fold doors (which we love), one of the door handles broke. Emails were responded to quickly and replacement parts were sent to us straight away. Thanks

    Where to start. We went to the showroom and our experience was brilliant, we was shown all of our options and advised what was best for what we was building. We went home and placed the order and everything was going extremely well, we had an expected delivery date of 3-4weeks. When we had a call with the company to place the order we was told that providing the way into the house isnt restricted by height the doors and windows can come in one unit which later on they decided to tell us is not possible and when the doors were delivered we have 8 pieces! Glass not in the frames at all. We was first given our delivery date as the 30th of March. I was called the day before delivery to advise the doors were coming the next day and that they would be sending me the invoice to make payment. I received the invoice at it was 544 over the price we was told! I called to complain about this as this is not what we agreed or quoted and they told me I would receive the corrected and new invoice which I still have not received. To follow this, on the same day the delivery driver called me to tell me that he had smashed one of our glass panels and this would need to be remade and wont be able to be delivered. He advised he could still bring the other other units which made us realise they were not delivering it as one piece. We advised we did not want to received the rest as we wanted it to all come at once. After complaining again as we missed our delivery date and we understand mistakes can happen we got our new delivery date of the 5th April. A call from the driver came through at 6:40am asking if the builders were here to help get the doors in. We was not advised that anyone needed to help get these in which is something you would expect to be told especially when you pay for delivery! Why as a company who say delivered to perfection would you be sending one delivery man to deliver massive and delicate windows and doors? It seems like they do it to say if they gets broken its not their fault. My partner had to get up and help get them in which he did not feel comfortable doing but we had not choice due to the companys poor organisation. The only thing I can say is that our delivery driver, Prince, was lovely and very helpful with the delivery. However, before the delivery driver could unload the doors he had to make sure that we had made the outstanding final payment which I was yet to pay as we had not received the invoice which I was told I would receive yesterday. I had to pay it but I am still yet to receive my invoice. Overall, the service from the company (not including the delivery man), the organisation and helpfulness of the company was extremely poor and I will not be recommending them.

    We paid for fast delivery but one glass panel was smashed by the delivery guy on delivery date. The replacement panel was not delivered until the following week, worn and smashed again. We contacted after sales but their customer service is very poor, they would not refund the fast delivery charge, moreover, we had to pay for the smashed glass panel even though it was not delivered on time and worn on the edges (no protection when delivering) that caused the damage. Very very disappointed indeed with their price and service! They caused us many inconvenience and frustrations.
