        I am not from the area, just down for a week. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist emailed my doctors surgery for my prescription. The staff at Long road are fantastic.

        I was reffered here by 111, was given the number by 111 and told to call to book to speak to a heath care advisor. I called and an extremely rude lady answered the phone saying "Britannia pharmacy" then while I was explaining the situation she spoke over me to ask if I was calling the right number. I said yes if you are Britannia pharmacy and she hung up. There is no way it was the wrong number.
