Lakeside Cat and Small Animal Boarding Dog Grooming Service

After the first contact in which the lady assured us of availability of space for our cat's boarding and she asked us to send our request via email, she didn't respond to our email, calls and messages. We had to give up and look elsewhere, luckily found another cattery. Not a professional response, will not return to this cattery.

First few bookings went smoothly, did what we asked and satisfied with the result. However, upon trying to book recently, we phoned up and was told she'd get back to us later that day. We ended up not even receiving a phone call back nor had any of our phone calls answered (for 4-5 days) when we tried getting back through. Eventually we was given a day and time she could do to then turn up at the place and be told by her husband she isn't in. Super disappointing and won't be returning - found a new place!

charlotte did an amazing job on my cats back , hes fur had matted and it was annoying him , charlotte picked him up and within 30 minutes the problem was solved , my cat was so happy and so was i , very fast very cheap and she was a very nice person - definitely recommend lakeside grooming on canvey island they're the best , thank you charlotte .
