Jodie has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. We were really starting to lose faith and felt in such a rut when it came to buying our first home. After speaking to Jodie just to discuss our options and see what was possible for us, we bought our first ever home! None of it would have been possible without her, every time weve seen her it felt like seeing an old friend. Bolt mortgages where overall incredibly friendly and helpful. As I am fairly young for the market Stephen very kindly helped me get to grips with what I need to do to get a mortgage that I'm happy with. As well as giving me some amazing advice on different routes I could go down for my personal interests. All for free! The customer service was outstanding and I would highly recomend working with them in the future as I know I will be!

I cannot rate Stephen at Bolt Mortgages enough. Our experience with Bolt mortgages has been fantastic and has always been on hand when weve needed him. I wouldnt go anywhere else. A truly fantastic company with equally fantastic staff.

Stephen gave an excellent top class service, professional, very organised and on the ball with everything, a huge amount of knowledge, keen to find the best mortgage deal that suited me ( which he was able to) and compassion for the customer. Very helpful with all the paperwork and guided me through the mortgage smoothly. I would definitely recommend him, thank you Stephen.
