        Awful company, been waiting 10 days for a refund. Driver signs for it while I'm at work product not there send proof I'm at work and now being told I still have to wait. Could have been left in a bin or a safe place I live in a block of flats do not use this company as they with hold your money even tho they have proof you could not have signed for it

        Purchased a new snooker cue from Bennett's. Lovely quality cue and case at a very reasonable price. Bit of a delay getting to me in Northern Ireland but that was Parcelforce's issue. Will be recommending to friends in my snooker club who need a new cue in the future. Also excellent communication by email from Scott. Thanks very much again.
