        Amazing service!! Key was here in a day. Also quality of care & understanding of requirements were so good I hardly had to spend anytime requesting the item. Well deserving of 5 PLUS stars!!

        Very disappointing. I took a car key in for a new casing. The young man behind the desk (who isnt someone Ive seen there before) took the key and my number and was going to call me back once he checked it can be done and the cost. I already knew they replace the casing as they had done my other key. Now 8-12 months down the line Im looking for my spare car key tore the house apart and then remembered where it was. So I called them this morning to be told they would have disposed of it! Logically youd call the customer first before doing that, to make sure they dont want it back!!!! Am I wrong ?????. Im fuming as its part my fault, but why would I leave my number for them to call me if youre not gonna do it. Now Ive got to spend 250 for a new car key. I got forgot about the key as its my spare. Who???? throws car keys away its a disgrace. I should sue them but I cant prove it. Not saying Im not half responsible but so are they. Take your keys to a company that says they will call you back. AVOID!!!
