Argos Canvey Island in Sainsbury's

I bought a ninja 5.2 max online. When I received the item, it was clear it had been opened. I was met by a very aggressive, unprofessional man who was the manager. I asked for another ninja air fryer, and he started to be very aggressive . The other air fryer I was returning, he refused to do so even though it was being returned within the returns policy. Now I could of stayed there and kicked off with the manager and I would of been the only winner, but instead I played he's game and outsmarted him, so i took the opened ninja fryer and went to Rayleigh argos. for me, it will be better to swap it for a new one at Rayleigh and take pleasure in leaving a bad review and making a complaint to argos. Rayleigh store was great. They swapped it straight over for an unopened one and agreed the way the manager of Canvey store acted was wrong. No one there had a good word to say about him when he was at Rayleigh branch training. I got what I wanted, and he will be getting a formal complaint.

Long waiting time in the queue, but finally I got what I wanted. But product I bought was very dirty from dust, I had to spend half an hour to clean the package with wipes before it was possible to put onto the car seat.
