I do not recommend CHA services. Not the greatest experience with the plastering job. After I pointed out few issues they needed to come back and sort them out (wholes in a walls, bad plastering, ceiling not sanded down) but I was still left with few things to sort out myself. After painting the ceiling I was ready to fit back the spot lights only to find out that the wholes ware left to small. When trying to fit the lights back the plastering started to crumble leaving chipped ceiling around the lights. Some of the lights are just hanging in because the plasterboards ware damaged when the lights ware removed before plastering. Now I need to buy new lights to cover the chipped away plaster.

Gareth and Steve were involved in large elements of remodelling for my property. Not only did they deliver a high quality product, they provided excellent advice and ongoing communication on the building works to my property. Additionally, they were friendly and timeous and, after over a year, there have been no problems to any of the work they completed showing how fantastically they deliver their services. I am enormously grateful for the work but additionally, the advice and assistance they provided and I would recommend anyone using this company.

In November 2019, we purchased an architecturally significant house in Buckinghamshire located in a Conservation Area. The house was constructed in 1911 but had not been updated in over 60 years. We were introduced to CHA at an early stage and they quickly became an integral part of the redevelopment team, helping us through numerous architectural and planning issues. Our experience with CHA has been superb their focus, attention to detail, responsiveness, network of specialist contractors and positive attitude, during what was a very challenging period made the whole process much less stressful that we had been expecting. Steve, Gareth and the rest of the team are a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Steve, Gareth and the team were exceptionally helpful as we moved into our new home and had the inevitable raft of small changes that needed attention. We had a brilliant new fence and shed built, lots of electrical changes as well as decoration. They also managed a very fiddly job of replacing our Aga with another stove which I'd tried to find others to do and they wouldn't take the job on as it was so tricky. It's great to have the contact with such a reliable team.
