Barnados's is a wonderful organisation, that does a lot of excellent work for underprivileged children. We have given a lot of items to the Canvey branch over the years, but might it be possible to train the staff to actually be polite to the people who donate stuff? The last two times we have visited, the staff have been (if I'm being generous) abrupt, unwelcoming, and ungrateful.

Ruth staff ,forgot my mask on car ,200m away just ask polite for one to enter in store, want to charge me 50p one mask think is anoyng went back to car park and grab one . thanks
