        Only 1 member of staff serving at 0905 on one of the busiest betting days of the year. The other member of staff was on her phone while making tea in the background. The guy serving me was very friendly, but despite having my payment authorised twice, he couldnt complete the transaction. Reluctantly, he called his colleague to help as a queue was building. She came to the other till and I had to have the authorisation accepted message for the 3rd time on her terminal. She was still on her mobile phone while she served me. She said to the person on the other end of the call Ive gotta go now, Im at work ya think?! Just discovered that they actually took the money 3 times from my account on 15th April!!! Check your bank statement!!!
