Turns out they're not the company I thought they were. Made an online purchase based on their item description/listing. The part didn't fit, contacted them, seeking to return the item and hopefully get a refund or at least a part refund (item was as new/unused) but they pretty much told me to F Off. Charming!. Needless to say I won't be back. Horrendous customer service. Would award zero stars if possible.
