We went to see Tracey at Del's it's a family run business, she really looked after myself and all my Ushers and Dad and Father-in-Law. Nothing was too much trouble. One of my Usher's wasn't arriving till the morning of the wedding flying in from Jersey. Tracey said absolutely no problem we will open half an hour earlier so we can have his suit and fitting all done in time for 1pm wedding. What service! Would definitely recommend Del's and hopefully use them again myself in the future. Service: Formal wear tailoring

Very helpful and friendly staff, with a decent selection of suits to choose from. Very reasonably priced!

I'm not a stickler for customer service but I at least want to be spoken to with respect. I never leave reviews but this was a different level of bad service particularly the elderly lady who, for the sake of the business, shouldn't be anywhere near the front of house or answering calls. Just one example: I called with a general enquiry and was told to "get a grip", "how am I meant to help you" and "oh you talk to him" as they passed the phone to each other. I simply called to double check when my suit was ready as I was passing by the area (I'm not that local). Unfortunately by this point I'd already paid and it was far too late to get a suit elsewhere. On the flip side the suit was nice so cant fault that however i'd take a suit of half the quality for better customer service than this. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
