I have been going to Erica's Ashtanga Modified Primary Series. Would highly recommend. Erica is a great and knowledgeable teacher who can accommodate and suggest adjustments for both beginners and more advanced.

I joined Erika's Ashtanga yoga lead class months ago after I moved to Canterbury. I couldn't ask for a better guide. She is patient and knows exactly when and how to guide you. Moreover, during lockdown she continues with the online classes via Zoom which I'm very grateful for. She managed successfully to overcome all the challenges with online yoga instruction and provide us the same quality as before. I'm so happy that I managed to progress during this difficult time. I'm very happy with her class and totally recommend it.

Erica is the most incredible, empathetic, attentive and friendly teacher I have ever worked with. In the last few weeks (since the lockdown) I have been attending her online classes and I can't express enough how much they have helped me stay grounded and connected. I also attended her classes in the studio and they always made me feel more connected to my body and full of energy. Can't recommend her classes enough!

Erika came to our Hen Party to do a yoga class. She was amazing! Before the day she was extremely organised and reassuring. Erika paid attention to the bride asking me about her and her favourite music before the day. We had a great class focusing on poses in pairs which none of us had ever done before, it was loads of fun. Thank you so much Erika, next time any of us are in Kent we will definitely be coming to see you! xx

The beginners class was amazing - with a small class size and excellent guidance it was so enjoyable to take my first steps into yoga. Kay's teaching was so supportive and I would highly recommend We are Yogaful!
