We had this company in to do some kitchen cladding and the workmanship was awful. The work unbeknown to us was outsourced. Whilst the floor work was fine, the wall cladding was not completed with gaps between sheets and ill fitting corners with poor cutting technique. They took full payment in advance so other than legal proceedings hard to get any recompense. My advise would be to steer clear.

If I could I would give no star at all. These online companies increasingly rely on the law of large numbers while being unreliable. They can reach many people, so if a couple of people the company has tricked, they do not care or want to deal with that. They are not willing to admit any responsibility for their error or what they cause for their customers with their negligent business behaviour. The owner is very proud of their over 2,5 million turnovers for a year so that those few clients can be ditched. SO WATCH out that you are not the next one! They sell products that they don't even have. You will pay for the item, but you will never receive it, and if you are brave enough to complain, they quickly take offence, and instead of delivering the product they sold you a month ago, they refund the money. My 11-year-old daughter tried to save money for her grandma to buy an excellent fondue. We ordered on time, two weeks upfront. (I received a gift from another company which I ordered only four days before Christmas). We hadn't received a gift after a week, so I started to worry. I contact them by live chat. The person I talked to granted it would arrive by Friday. Christmas eve was on Saturday. As you can imagine, we haven't received anything, and my daughter was crying all Christmas day with her grandma, and all the family was very emotional and upset. Of course, the company was not working until the 3rd of January. When I spoke with the owner, he did not even care what they caused. Not even try to save the situation or us as a client or send us something or give an extra gift voucher or apologies. In addition, very suspicious when a company has only 5 stars and 1-star reviews. I used to work for a real estate company in Spain where they organised and added at least 3-4 people with 5-star reviews every time they received a bad review. Their IT guy tried to do everything to delete reviews. (Which looks like happening here as well as in Trustpilot they already try to cancel my review). We had to speak with our friends and family to take pictures and upload them as a positive 5-star review. I left after 2,5 months this company. So before you order from a company, read a lot of reviews, and where there are a lot of negative reviews, especially when they are complaining for the same reason, believe them and avoid the company. Negative reviews are not fake, even though company always find some excuse. The owner even complained for the covid. That there are a lot of problems with the delivery, as China is closed due to Covid etc. I ordered almost every single gift this Christmas online with delivery, and there were no delays due to Covid or the delivery company's fault. Terrible neglected customer service, especially from the owner itself and Amber Thompson. First they said it lost in the Warhouse and the delivery than the HUB. I still have the email which was send by Amber Thompson on the 21-st that they do not have the fondue in that colour I ordered, (after one week that I process the order when I should received it in 5-6 working days) after that I was live chat with them. So I am kind of confuse what is the true exactly. Very poor costumer service and unreliable, unorganised delivery system thats it!

Amazing. Thanks so much again for an outstanding service, i never usually write reviews but the service and fast delivery of my dishwasher and help i received couldn't go un noticed. I will be a returning customer for sure. Thank you Kayleigh

I have ordered 2 Gram freezers with a total of 1594.98 about a month ago, I have to say, this is one of my worst time order something online. Extremely poor services, try to contact it in the morning about more than ten times and then it got through, then the operator told me I had to wait and I asked them to give me a specific time, they told me they will ring me around 17:00, so I waited and didn't get anything back, then I try to ring back and the auto machine told me they have already closed. What a fantastic day I just been through. Then I checked my shop list and saw that it has been marked as shipped. I will try ring it again the next morning and I will wait for another half month and if it still hasn't arrive, i will ask to return the freezer and find a better place to buy it.
