        Price of treatment not explained initially, after agreeing a total fee for surgery to my cat at almost 1000, at a later visit I was informed that it would be a further 500 to have wire removed from my cat's jaw. This was a complete surprise as I assumed the initial price quoted was for all the surgery both post and after. Had I known this I would have consulted a different vets as this was not affordable as a mere pensioner, I feel as though I have been duped
