Communication Communication. After Sales Service is Truly Awful. So far I have received two emails saying they are Sorry to see me Go, when they have sold me the car, which incidentally was still up for sale, on line, two months after I had bought it. I have issues with the MyT App which states that my car is overdue a 20,000 mile or 12 monthy service when Marshals at Canterbury has serviced it, 3 months previously. Still waiting for Marshals to come back to me having sent a reminder, a week after I was told by the gentleman who sold the car to me, that it would re resolved in a couple of days.

Visited showroom a few weeks back especially to look over new electric car . Car was beautiful so many features but far to pricey . Received an invitation to upgrade our car which only around 9months old for Yaris Cross over . Went to few this car and liked everything about it our salesman was Patrick . He was very patient and precise in what he told us , so our trip was worthwhile. Amanda was the receptionist on duty she is so welcoming and a happy lady . She makes the best cup of tea nothing is to much bother . Went for a test drive today in the Yaris Crossover brilliant car husband made his decision. Amazed how busy the showroom was buzzing with people . Thank you again Toyota for everything. One of young salesmen called Lewis Ledley has really looked after us over the last few months . Lewis joined Marshall Toyota back in October 2022 he is so professional in what he does very meticulous. Today we made final preparations for hand over of our new car Yaris Cross. Step by step Lewis went over details making sure us oldies understood. Lovely polite young man throughout and dedicated to his work . Manager Ryan came outside and wished us well . Highly recommend Marshall Toyota every time . Sadly Amanda has left but we still get super cups of tea.
