Phoned up before hand to see if they had what I required, explained everything i needed prior to coming in, explained how to use when I arrived. Very happy with service and product. Will be using here again

Telephoned an agent and spoke at length confirming the availability of hiring a stump grinder. Delivery day and time was arranged and paid the cost in the expectation that the contract would be honoured. Was then emailed by the firm on the day before the job explaining that stump grinders are very popular at this time of year and unfortunately none are available.... This meant having to contact the customer and explaining that we were unable to complete the job - which meant loss of earnings during this particularly difficult period. Spoke with the manager who attempted to convince me to rebook the item. When asking instead for a refund was then told that the refund would take a couple of days! I am still waiting for my money.... UNSATISFACTORY AND UNPROFESSIONAL WITH ABSOLUTE DISREGARD FOR BOTH THE CUSTOMER AND THEIR FINANCES
