"Duncan Reeves and the whole Caxtons Canterbury Student Lets team are superb. As a landlord experiencing issues with my student let property recently, they have been incredibly efficient at coordinating repairs, communicating progress with me and liaising with tenants and neighbours. Caxtons are extremely professional: managing all HMO compliance, and undertaking detailed inventory, check out and photographic records. They support students throughout their tenancy, dealing promptly with any concerns and ensuring good property management. I highly recommend them for both landlords and tenants."
