I use Sufian at YS design on a regular basis and can say he is a very helpful knowledgable engineer that always works with us to find the best and most feesable solutions to any problems we need to overcome. Very reasonable and competitive cost wise on all projects we have used them on.

Sufian's beam design has major problem, he completely ignored the fact that timbers length would be too long. When kindly asked him to update, he just refused to answer questions and asked for more money! I fully payed in the beginning, as he got the money so refused to do tiny work, even answer a very simple question! All our builders work pending on this design, I begged him, he still unwilling to help, let us waited day and day. How ridiculous! It's your design deficiency caused back and forth, wasted our time and effort! Stay away from this YS design studio!! They only look at your money! If you happen to use them, don't pay them beforehand!!
