        I had 5 IPL hair removal sessions and I would not recommend their services. The staff are friendly but after pretty much each of those 5 sessions I noticed large areas left untreated despite the fact that I mentioned at least two times to Maria (the manager of the salon who also performed the treatment) which areas she should pay particular attention to. After my last session (which was the most disastrous one) they asked me for a review so I emailed them a polite but honest account of my poor experience with them but no one bothered to write back. I also had an extra 5 minute appointment with Maria for a skin patch test for another cosmetic treatment but she did not show up and havent heard back from them about that. Overall, I got the impression that besides the standard friendliness and politeness they dont try too much and Ill opt for one of the many other beauty salons in the area.
