OpenRent used this company to carry out survey for my rental property. From the beginning no professionalism at all. No confirmation about dates/times until I chased, Office came late for the inspection, no apology, Then he asked to postpone Tenants check-in by half hour, due to running late, Last minute he wanted to stick with original check-in time, Officer have me 20 mins to sort it out with Tenants, which I could not, Then he threatened to over charge me for delays, caused by himself. IF POSSIBLE AVOID THIS COMPANY...

See photos, all these areas were deemed good yet obviously they miles from good. Professional clean deemed good yet the cleaners had to be asked to return to clean the place again. Complained to the company but they werent interested. Lazy and incompetent inventory company who just complete a template which already has good filled in on each area. Avoid like the plague.

Purchased the inventory service via Openrent, super disappointed, dont recommend to anyone. Paid 100+ and got a report which was discovered later as including an incorrect electricity meter due to the clerk didnt know the correct location of the meter and took a photo from wrong meter, resulting final reading is lost and made very hard for me / tenant to split the bill. Raised to the provider who was not willing to take the ownership of error or assist. Extremely unpleasant experience.

Used them to compile the inventory before tenants move in. They got the meter reading wrong and had an inadequate photo of the meter display (not possible to read). Otherwise largely good, but when I raised the issue of the error and asked for an update to the document, they were very unfriendly and monosyllabic to the point of being hostile. I wouldn't use them again as this unfriendly attitude makes them seem very untrustworthy
