Student Places

Caroline was extremely unpleasant and rude to myself and my fellow housemates with threatening and passive aggressive emails sent multiple times a day and with zero respect to us as students. Do not go with this company, save your money and go somewhere else.

Massively con students out of money by offering a pathetic discount to not move into the properties when initially agreed. Illegally passed on tenants private information to billing companies without permission and incredibly rude and brash customer service. Unclear communication between letting agent and tenant. Avoid this company.

I lived in a student places property for 2 years whilst at uni. I was so impressed with how quickly they responded whenever we had an issue and how easy they made the whole process for us all! Overall very happy with Student Places!

Would not recommend they dont care about tenants right to privacy. Caroline is patronising and doesnt care about concerns you may have for your privacy. I lived in a property where my bedroom was on the ground floor, directly linked to the garden. My door was the only source of light and air I had. This was fine until gardeners repeatedly let themselves in without warning. As a young female this made me extremely anxious as I never knew when someone would be directly outside my bedroom. I politely asked student places if they could ask the gardeners to knock first. They refused despite how easy this would have been for them. They do not care about your sense of security and safety.
